Client Policies
Age Requirement
- We only work with clients who are 19 years old or older.
- Full payment must be made before we contact any artists.
- If your chosen artist is unavailable or cancels, we offer one free rebooking attempt with a second artist. A third attempt will count as a new booking session.
- If you cancel and wish to switch artists mid-process, each new artist will also count as a new booking session.
- Booking fees are per person. For group sessions, each client must pay a separate booking fee.
- Full bookings without in-person interpretation do not include real-time translation or texting services during your session. If you’d like on-site support, please book an in-person session.
- Interpretation is only available if your booking was made through Hello Ink and your artist consents to having a translator present.
- Pre-payment is required. We calculate hours based on the artist’s time estimate.
- Refunds are not available even if the session ends early.
- If the session runs longer than expected, extra fees must be paid afterward via Wise or in cash (KRW). No change available.
- All sessions are billed hourly, with a 10-minute grace period. Additional time beyond that is charged in 30-minute blocks.
- Interpretation is only available until 7:00 p.m.
- For groups getting the same design: up to 3 people are covered by the base fee. For 4 or more, an additional 1-hour fee is charged per person.
- Sessions with different tattoo designs are considered separate bookings.
- For clients getting multiple small tattoos in one session, the booking fee remains the same (1 session), but in-person interpretation will be counted as a minimum of 2 hours, as it requires continuous support throughout.
- For tattoos requiring multiple sessions, the initial booking fee covers coordination for the entire project. However, in-person interpretation is charged separately for each session day.
- Communication with artists is available for up to 1 week after the session.
- If we cancel, a full refund is issued.
- If you cancel before we contact any artists, we can refund your payment.
- After artist contact begins, refunds are no longer available.
- No-shows will result in being ineligible for future services.
- You can send your artist’s deposit through us for convenience.
- We charge a ₩7,500 or $5 service fee to cover processing and currency conversion.
- We don’t choose tattoo artists for clients.
- You choose your artist. We help you communicate and handle the process smoothly.
- Our role is to coordinate bookings, provide communication support, and offer in-person help if needed.
- We are not responsible for the tattoo quality, healing process, or anything the artist says or does during your session.
- We accept payments via Wise (USD) or cash (KRW). PayPal and credit cards are not currently supported.
- If you live in Korea and have a Korean bank account, we can provide our account info upon request.
- Please arrive on time. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice will be charged a $30 (₩45,000) late fee.
- If they are more than 30 minutes late, the translator may leave and no refunds will be issued—regardless of prior notice. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time.
- Please note: Some tattoo artists have a 15-minute late policy and may cancel the session after that time. If this happens, it is considered out of our hands and no refunds will be issued.

- 예약 취소 시 환불은 불가합니다.
- 통역 가능 시간은 저녁 7시까지입니다.
- 통역 요금은 타투 받는 고객 1인 기준입니다. 고객 2인 이상일 경우, 1인당 기본 요금이 추가됩니다.
- 통역 서비스는 타투 아티스트 1인 기준으로 제공됩니다.
